How To Evolve?

Tyrunt is obtained by reviving it from the Jaw Fossil. When leveled up during the day from level 39, it evolves into Tyrantrum.

How Much Useful Is My Tyrunt?

For Tyrunt, Jolly Nature is beneficial for most Generations.

How to Use Tyrunt

Tyrunt is a dual Rock/Dragon type Pokémon which makes it resistant to Normal (1/2 x), Flying (1/2 x), Poison (1/2 x), Electric (1/2 x) and Fire (1/4 x) type moves. It is 2x weak to Dragon, Fighting, Fairy, Ice, Ground and Steel types. It is damaged Normally by all other Type Pokémons. It does well against Ice, Dragon, Flying, and Bug type moves. Tyrunt has middling Attack but an excellent ability in Rock Head that allows it to spam Head Smash, a powerful STAB attack that deals good damage to many Pokémons. If the Rock cannot do it, Tyrunt’s STAB Dragon type attacks follow up well.
